Titus Built, LLC was formed in 1995 by Jeffrey Titus, its General Manager with the intent of becoming the premier design-build company in Fairfield County. His professional experience in the design & building industry began in 1985 forming over 19 years of experience in the residential & commercial construction industries.

Prior to forming Titus Built, LLC, Jeff worked on large-scale residential & commercial projects in Fairfield County and around the country. Jeff's residential experiences range from managing and designing the construction of multi-million dollar homes and additions to actual hands-on production. His commercial experiences include the management of multi-million dollar contracts including design and construction of commercial interior spaces and lease negotiations.

Today, Jeff's role as General Manager consists of the complete administration of Titus Built, LLC. Specifically, Jeff concentrates on Sales, Marketing, Administration and the Financial Health of the Company. His day-to-day activities also include the management of our design, kitchen, and construction Contracts with the assistance of our key design and operations personnel. Setting and monitoring departmental goals as well as achieving our Company Mission is a paramount role of the General Manager to ensure our client's satisfaction and company success.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and regularly attends National, State and local seminars for continuing education. In addition he has earned the Certified Graduate Remodelor designation through the National Assocation of Home Builders (NAHB).

Jeff also manages our sister company Country Kitchens, LLC and our real estate company 27 Cannon Road Realty, LLC.
