January, 2008 — Always seeking to provide stellar service and improve the customer experience, Titus Built’s Production Department, led by Brendan Duffy, Operations Manager, invited several key sub-contractors to a roundtable discussion at Titus Built in January.
The goals of the meeting were to solicit feedback and input regarding what Titus Built is doing well and any opportunities for improvement, determine new ways to strengthen processes, and continue to enhance the flow and effectiveness of communication between Titus Built, clients and tradesmen.
Several sub-contractors who attended the meeting expressed that they had never been asked for their opinions or ideas from a building company before, and certainly not in a roundtable discussion format. They welcomed the initiative as proactive and forward-thinking. Periodic follow-up meetings are on the horizon to maintain rapport, provide progress status, keep the lines of communication open and ultimately provide a better client experience for all Titus Built customers.
