Lead Carpenter
Overview:
The Lead Carpenter (LC) is the on-site manager of the construction job. Your good performance is extremely important to the success of our company. You are on the "front line" in achieving our company goals of superior product quality and customer satisfaction.
The LC reports directly to the Operations Manager (OPM) and the Project Manager (PM) and is in charge of daily on-site activities at the direction of the supervisor.
The Lead Carpenter is also responsible for Customer Satisfaction, promotion of the Company's image and maintaining the highest level of ethics and standards as a Company Representative.
The employee is expected to participate in the development of the operating system of the organization into the top of its class and to aid the organization in performing at the highest level of service and quality.
