General Manager

Overview:
The Company’s General Manager is charged with overseeing the entire Company operations including: Sales & Marketing, Financial, Administrative, Human Resources, Design, Production (construction), Customer Satisfaction and Special Projects.

The General Manager is directly responsible for Sales & Marketing, Financial stability and Administration of the Company.

Including:

  • Monitor Company activities in relation to our Mission Statement
  • Manage all day to day Financial and Administrative duties
  • Perform all Sales & Marketing projects
  • Ensure and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Monitor company profitability and growth
  • Plan long term vision of company
  • Hire employees and provide educational and training opportunities for personal growth
  • Encourage and create platform for employee stability, growth and good Company morale
  • Promote company image and public relations
  • Management of all Company departments: Design, Kitchens/Millwork & Construction
