The Company’s General Manager is charged with overseeing the entire Company operations including: Sales & Marketing, Financial, Administrative, Human Resources, Design, Production (construction), Customer Satisfaction and Special Projects.
The General Manager is directly responsible for Sales & Marketing, Financial stability and Administration of the Company.
- Monitor Company activities in relation to our Mission Statement
- Manage all day to day Financial and Administrative duties
- Perform all Sales & Marketing projects
- Ensure and monitor customer satisfaction
- Monitor company profitability and growth
- Plan long term vision of company
- Hire employees and provide educational and training opportunities for personal growth
- Encourage and create platform for employee stability, growth and good Company morale
- Promote company image and public relations
- Management of all Company departments: Design, Kitchens/Millwork & Construction
