Burke leads our award-winning design team in developing all residential design projects ranging from custom homes to kitchens, baths and everything in between.

Burke's thorough knowledge of period styles and details enables him to adapt modern construction techniques, materials and codes to convey a sense of history for residential homes and commercial buildings. He is a talented artist and illustrator as well, working in pen & ink, pastels & oils.

Burke's projects typically involve performing concept sketches, design development plans and complete construction documents. He also works intimately with our construction team to ensure a clear and smooth construction process while maintaining the intent and vision of the plans. In addition, by working closely with local and state officials, he keeps his finger on the pulse of building code issues and changes within our industry.

Burke joined Titus Built, LLC in 1997 and has been responsible for successfully completing many of our larger and more complex projects. As the Lead Designer, Burke is charged with developing the Client's vision & criteria while creating the custom details that make every project unique. His creative problem solving abilities and design sense, along with his practical knowledge of construction, produces not only distinctive designs but projects that are more cost effective as well.

Prior to joining Titus Built, LLC, Burke was a Projects Supervisor for CPM Builders, LLC building fine homes and for Sequor Development where he participated in all aspects of residential construction for high-end as well as multi-family homes.

Burke also has owned and operated two design-build business, one called ACCESSabilities in which he designed and implemented "independent living environments" for older adults and people with disabilities.

Burke holds a Certified Graduate Remodelor designation through the National Assocation of Home Builders (NAHB).
